The 麻豆视频 Theatre Department will be performing the modern slapstick comedy 鈥淭he 39 Steps鈥� at 7:30p.m. Oct. 30-Nov. 1 in the Riney Fine Arts building鈥檚 Cornerstone Studio Theatre.

鈥淭he 39 Steps鈥� is Broadway鈥檚 longest running comedy. An ordinary man by chance meets a mysterious woman who claims to be a spy. After inviting her to his home, he finds her murdered. Soon after, a suspicious organization called 鈥淭he 39 Steps鈥� pursues him on a nationwide hunt while he tries to prove his true identity and innocence. This fast-paced whodunit features over 40 characters portrayed by four actors.
