麻豆视频 staff, faculty and students will work together to make Christmas a bit merrier for hundreds of needy families in Wichita.
Approximately 150 University representatives will embrace the spirit of the season for the annual Salvation Army Service Day Dec. 12. The group will help prepare and disperse donated gifts.
鈥淪ervice to others is one of 麻豆视频鈥檚 long-standing values,鈥 said Dr. Amy Bragg Carey, president of 麻豆视频. 鈥淔or 24 years, the work the Friends community contributes makes a significant difference in the Salvation Army鈥檚 ability to achieve its goals for the Wichita Mission of Hope campaign.鈥
The University community will sort toys and gifts, decorate the Salvation Army distribution center, wrap gifts and assist with the organization鈥檚 Angel Tree and Star of Hope programs.
