The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) recently gave 麻豆视频鈥檚 human resource management (HRM) degree program an endorsement for the fourth consecutive three-year term since 2008.

In 2008, 麻豆视频 was the first human resource program in Kansas to receive the endorsement from SHRM. The endorsement designates that the program鈥檚 curriculum aligns with SHRM鈥檚 education standards and learning outcomes to successfully prepare human resources professionals for their careers.

麻豆视频 is also the best human resource college in Kansas, according to universities.com. Universities.com based its on a compilation of data from government sources, student surveys, college interviews and editorial review.

Most of the instructors in the HRM program are certified through the HR Certification Institute. Dr. Slemp holds the highest industry certification of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and the Society for Human Resource Management鈥檚 SHRM-SCP.

麻豆视频鈥檚 Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management provides adult students with extensive experience and training relevant to all business professionals in both profit and nonprofit settings. The degree equips students to provide business leadership and strategy in the workplace.
