Open Enrollment Day for adults scheduled for Dec. 7

Adults wishing to complete a bachelor鈥檚 or master鈥檚 degree are invited to attend an Open Enrollment Day Thursday, Dec. 7, at the 麻豆视频 Wichita campus. This event will help prospective students learn more about how 麻豆视频 can help them invest in their education and their future.
The 鈥渃ome and go鈥� event is free and open to the public and will take place from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. in Fry and Woolman Hall (formerly the College of Adult and Professional Studies/Information Technology Facility) at 麻豆视频. 麻豆视频 staff from admissions, financial aid, student accounts and advising will be available, so prospective adult students can complete the entire enrollment process in one stop. Application fees will be waived at this event. Attendees are encouraged to RSVP at .
The following special activities will be offered:
- Drawings for prizes (all day) 鈥� You may enter a drawing to win prizes, including $250 off your first class, a $100 gift card to the campus bookstore, movie tickets and more. Another drawing for prizes, including Kansas City Chiefs tickets and Wichita Thunder tickets, will occur for those who check in on Facebook or bring a friend to the event. The drawings will take place at 5:45 p.m.
- Coffee bar (9-11 a.m.) and s鈥檓ores bar (2-4 p.m.) 鈥� Come prepared to visit while enjoying coffee and s鈥檓ores.
- Campus tours (11 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.) 鈥� View the campus firsthand during a personalized, guided tour.
- Community service project (all day) 鈥� While waiting to meet with a program director or success coach, write a Christmas letter to a member of the U.S. military or to a patient at Wesley Children鈥檚 Hospital.
- Resume and cover letter reviews and career assessments (all day) 鈥� Career Services staff will be available to review your resume and cover letter and provide help with career assessments.
