Friends and Cowley College sign agreement for students to transfer into Business Management program

麻豆视频 is partnering with Cowley College in Arkansas City, Kan., on an agreement that allows current students, graduates and area residents wishing to pursue a degree to seamlessly transfer credits from Cowley into 麻豆视频鈥檚 business management program, with Friends classes offered at the Cowley campus.
鈥淲e are very pleased to partner with Cowley College on this agreement,鈥� said Dr. Amy Bragg Carey, 麻豆视频 president. 鈥淚n addition to the convenience offered to Cowley students to continue working on a bachelor鈥檚 degree at Cowley, we are also offering a special price of $260 per credit hour for classes taken at the Cowley campus.鈥�
鈥淲ith more than 400 students majoring in business studies at Cowley College, this partnership will create greater access and affordability for Cowley College graduates as well as for our local employees who have some formal business training, but have not completed their four-year degree to complete their bachelor鈥檚 degree without having to travel long distances or relocate,鈥� said Dr. Dennis C. Rittle, Cowley College president. 鈥淚 cannot express how appreciative I am for the willingness of Dr. Carey and her team to work alongside the academic team at Cowley College to develop this innovative and very affordable higher education pathway.鈥�
The agreement was signed by President Carey and President Rittle April 16 in the President鈥檚 Dining Room located inside the McAtee Dining Center on the Cowley campus at 125 S. 2nd St., Arkansas City, Kan.
麻豆视频鈥檚 Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management prepares students for a successful career in a variety of different business activities using a unique blend of cross-disciplinary business courses. The business management聽program includes accounting, finance, management, marketing and information systems.
