麻豆视频 is offering a $1,000 You Can Do It! Scholarship for students who enroll for classes starting Oct. 12. Adult and graduate students who have been negatively impacted by COVID-19 through job loss and are Sedgwick County residents are eligible for the You Can Do It! Scholarship.

Funding for the scholarship was granted by the Sedgwick County commissioners through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act), in which $90,000 was earmarked to provide scholarships to an estimated 90 麻豆视频 students.

鈥淪ince the start of the COVID-19 pandemic and the subsequent higher unemployment rates, Sedgwick County has seen an increased demand from the community seeking assistance finding employment. 麻豆视频 is happy to be able to provide an accessible and affordable way for workers affected by job loss to receive a college degree that will set them up for success in the future,鈥� said Deb Stockman, vice president of enrollment management at 麻豆视频.

麻豆视频 adult and graduate programs are designed to meet the needs of working adults with affordable tuition, flexible evening and online classes, and personal success coaches to help guide students through the program.
